I don’t pay much attention to the scale anymore, but clothing is a great way for me to measure my progress. When I found this jersey in my closet I was amazed at how big it seems now. I had to find the picture of myself wearing it to truly believe it.
I quit smoking and lost over 40 lbs through better eating, running, and strength training. My body fat has gone down 10% since 2012.
